Artist's Comments

*Phew*

Now, first of all: Let me just critisize it before anyone else does. It's a little off. I know. And it's a little blurry. I know.

Reasons: Can't figure out how to use a programme to correct the off-ness. And the blur: 0.3 second shutter time. No tripod. Shaky hands. Yep.

Other than that, I'm quite happy with it :)

PLEASE NOTE THE GUY IN THE TRENCHCOAT!

He's kinda 50% of the whole picture, and people seem to not notice him :aww:

Cool shot. :D Just so you know, I think you did a good job with the composition--the lines in the ceiling (and perspective lines of the floor/walls) naturally lead your eye down towards the center of the photo to the guy in the trenchcoat. Nice title. Perhaps a little too much sepia.

If it bothers you that the picture's a little blurry, I suggest that you try and give the photo an aged look in photoshop... make the sepia less saturated (or go back to the original and make it less powerful) and add a little noise, maybe even apply some texture brushes around the edges for a cracked look.

(Another amateur photographer I know has been toying with this lately... you can see an example here.)
