Yeah, me too... That's what I like about photography - not the flashy models, well-lit products or any of that crap; just capturing real life, the little things that people see every day, but never take notice of.

Well... I love the 350D - the 30D is better, no doubt, but also more expensive. If you have the money, I'd say you should go for the 30D, otherwise the 350D. The 350D is a rather small dslr, and most people don't like it because it's too small for their hands. I have fairly large hands, and have never had a problem with it - only once did it feel a little too small, and that was after shooting non-stop for about 2-3 hours, with a 1.8 kg telelens attached :giggle:

My advice to you would be to go try them both on for size in a shop, see if the 350D feels too small. There's no use in buying a camera that doesn't fit perfectly in your hands : )

I know, that's one of the things I wish I could've done as well :) But yeah, I noticed the couple when I was in the middle of a protesting crowd, so I kinda ran/wiggled my way out of it and ran across the street to get to them - and then I got this. Just before she started pulling his eye, she held her hand up in front of him and like... counted down from 5 with her fingers. And then *poke* : D
