Bruxelles, Belgium Unknown I met this man very briefly on a small street in Bruxelles city center. He was accompanied by his wife, who laughed when he explained to her what I wanted to do with his face. As far as I could understand - she was speaking french - she wished him good luck, and she went into a cheese-store while he turned to me, put his hand on his chest and assumed a Napoleon-like pose. |

Oh look! It's batman!
What strikes me about this shot is that his skin looks hard and carved into. It almost has a wooden quality to it. But then you feel as if you are looking at a mask as the eyes are the complete opposite.
