This was a surprise.

I was scouting a big, empty square for faces, saw this guy walking past me with some of his friends, and stopped him to present my project to him.

When I mentioned I was from Denmark, he gave me a strange look and went "Well hey then!" - in danish.

Turns out he had lived in Denmark, born in Germany and moved to our gloriously grey and dull country a long time ago.

It was nice to be able to speak my own language in a foreign country - and he was obviously having a good time as well!

=quidditchmom is one of the best people ever. No joke. Buy from her craft auction to help her raise the money to adopt a little girl :)
Why would it be weird? :)

I still can't get these rich details your photos achieve. You really need to make a tutorial. I know you say you photos are different every time, but still. People like me would be very happy!

Beauty is all around you, but photoshop helps

"I see these kids in black, downtown. I want to greet them but I stop. I think, ‘I don’t know these kids. They're barely 16. They have different faces. They hang out in different spots. You are not who they are.'…It is then when I feel truly old."
Check out the link in his sig, it's really helpful ;)

Busy.
Very nice shot of a guy who probably smiled a lot in his life ... no scarf this time, but glasses again :)

A lot of very bright parts in the face after the edit, but it's actually a nice contrast to the black cloths and the dark surrounding.

As usual: very well done Lasse, I'm looking forward for more.

- "I'm quite sure they would say so."
