Meet Arthur. Arthur is a 'leftover of the hippie-generation' as he put it himself, and used his free time to hang out on the street, talking to the homeless, and spending time with his friend Rob (more on that guy later). He told me he was really a hairdresser and owned a salon in Boston, but preferred the streetlife and the people there. I honestly don't know if he was just pulling my leg, since he did, indeed, look like a homeless - but I do know one thing:
I'm not using any sort of flash or anything, if that's what you mean. I don't even tell people to face the sun - I just work with what is in front of me

My role in society, or any artist's or poet's role, is to try and express what we all feel. Not to tell people how to feel. Not as a preacher, not as a leader, but as a reflection of us all.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
